Shipping Policy

Dr.Jdee Ayurveda has partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure your products reach you in the best condition. We use quality packaging sourced from reliable vendors and check package worthiness before every dispatch.

A flat shipping charge of ₹250 applies to all orders.

Once your order is processed, products are inspected and quality-checked, then packed and handed to our logistics partner for delivery to the address you provided at checkout, along with an invoice.

Packaging

Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap — fragile items such as glass bottles get an additional protective layer — and packed in cardboard boxes before being handed to our logistics partner.

Shipping Locations

We ship throughout India to almost all PIN codes. Serviceability may change over time depending on our logistics partners. You can check whether we deliver to your address by entering your PIN code on the checkout page.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details at the email address provided at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. We aim to deliver within 7–10 days depending on your location, though unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Dr.Jdee Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner.

If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistics partner will make one further attempt. You may contact our support team to reschedule. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
